This rack is a showstopper in my new dressing room! Everyone that sees it wants to know where I got it. It is beautiful and sturdy, was easy to assemble, and very affordable. I love it so much, I'm buying a second one!This garment rack is beautiful! The other pro is that it is from a small business which I am overjoyed to support even without knowing it! The kind of package with a note from the owners always gives me a happy smile when opening a package and I know they did the same when I ordered from them!The only con to it was the hex wrench that was provided was not able to be used with any of the screws provided. We were able to do most of it by hand and then had to drill the screws into the wood. Unfortunately there was no holes in the wood already so we just drilled them in ourselves. It is a little crooked (the screws) because it’s hard to get your hand in there to drill it but you can’t even notice that by looking at it! The screws are underneath so that’s just me being picky.Other than that, it is SUPER sturdy! It is also a great size and honestly looks like it could belong in a cute boutique! I needed some extra space to hang clothes since I have an overflow right now, but this was the best thing I could’ve bought! Very pleased with my purchase.Also I saw someone else complain that there was no instructions, but mine came with it. Also make sure you don’t attempt to throw the screws/hardware away. My mom has bad eyes and almost threw it away while she was taking off the packaging, but we found it!Overall, incredible product and very pleased to own it!My small 70 year old cottage is lacking closet space. A few years ago I purchased another clothes rack. It has 2 rods and was height adjustable. I was NEVER able to fully load it with clothes! But THIS baby right HERE is THE BOMB!I LOVE that it has SOLID thick shelves at the top and the bottom. I now have a place for head coverings, purses and shoes!And I’ve got EVERYTHING on the rod including heavy winter coats!Assembly required 2 people because this baby is HEAVY and everything is SCREWED into place. There is NO plastic ANYWHERE!I could go on and ON but as you can see from my CAPS, I absolutely LOVE this mobile wardrobe!I’d recommend this one over all others.I ordered these for my boutique and the pics does them no Justice! I am beyond satisfied with this product! I had one issue that two bolts were missing but I was able to still make it work.A bolt that hold the crossbar is missing. A bracket that holds the bottom shelf broke off and was laying in the box. One of the rails was damaged.The good is great would just like these issues addressed.We own an online baby boutique and wanted a hanging rack that we could use both for our out-of-customer view but continue to use if we ever open a retail location. It didn’t have instructions in the box for assembly, but it was actually really easy to set up. It’s really pretty and doesn’t flake or peel (even though I bumped and scraped it while I was assembling. Oops! That was my fault.) It looks amazing and turned out perfect! It’s REALLY sturdy and strong! Definitely a million times better than other shelves I’ve purchased in the last for similar prices.This product was used for a boutique in mind, and there was a satisfaction that it was also from a small business. It really resonated to us when we received a handwritten “thank you” card. As for the product, it was easy to assemble, roughly 20 minutes. Very good quality materials that will, I believe stand the test of time. I recommend this company and this product wholeheartedly, whether it’s for retail purpose or personal wardrobe use.
