These work great. They are simple to install with two screws for each clamp. To put something up, you can just push it against the opening, or press on the tab marked "push." To release, push the tab. The clamps are sturdy, all metal, and grip the heaviest item you have. I put all my shovels, rakes, hedge trimmers, and other items up by screwing an 8 foot 2x4 onto the wall and then placing the clamps at appropriate intervals. I have one very heavy metal floor scraper that I was unsure would stay. It weighs almost 20 pounds, but it was held securely. Even if it slipped down, it has a T handle that would have held it at the top of the clamp. I also attached a small mattock, though my larger one had too large a handle to fit. I highly recommend these over the plastic versions available.
