The hardware features a triple spring design to provide smooth operation, prevent lever sag, and insure lever return and function for years to come. Levers are positively secured to the interior of the escutcheon plates by a metal retaining ring. Complete lever set includes lever and rosettes, latch with square and radius corner fronts and strikes, all mounting hardware, and installation instructions. This set will fit standard doors having 2-1/8 inch cross bore hole and 1 inch latch hole. Passage tubular latch has a 2-3/8 inch backset (backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the cross-bore hole). 2-3/4 inch backset is also available but listed separately. Two sizes are available to fit either 1-3/8 inch or 1-3/4 inch thick doors. Matching privacy and dummy sets are also available.
