Wore for our babyshower and its a great quality dress that is beautiful. However, I almost wasn't able to wear it, because it was way bigger in the waist than expected, despite being 8 months pregnant and ordering my normal sizs. I didn't have time to return and order another size because shipping took longer than expected, but luckily I was able to use the tie it came with and an at home trick found on google to make a dress fit better to make it fit perfectly. I do recommend the dress just size down and order way in advance in case of shipping delays.This is a beautiful dress but I was going to return it for a smaller size as it runs a little large. I also noticed that there is a single copper thread sewn through the back of the dress that makes it look defective. It is fraying and completely misplaced. Hopefully the smaller size I order will not have this issue.The color is darker in person and it was too small. No stretch to it. Beautiful dress, hard to find a piece like this anywhere else.I got this to wear for my wedding rehearsal. The dress works great for that. I'm 5'7" 175lbs, I typically am a large in about everything. This however is a little big. I could've definitely gotten a medium to better fit my stomach and not be huge there. For what I need it's fine and does the job but I would recommend maybe sizing down.I’m usually a small so thought nothing of ordering a small. I got the dress and the back wouldn’t zip, way too small! If you’re bigger chested definitely size up.Beautiful dress, i used it for maternity pictures, i got an extra large at 8 months pregnant and there was pletty of room my big belly. I did have a rhinestone bracelet on that kept snagging it and hand washing it will be a pain because it got dirty at the bottom, had to hold it while i walked, im 5'5"The dress itself is beautiful, the way it fits however is not my favorite thing. I ordered a Large originally (I’m always a Medium or Large) & since it has 0 elasticity or stretch in the band around your waist or anywhere for that matter, it would not zip even though there was only a half inch gap between where the zipper should meet. I sent it back and ordered an XL, and almost didn’t try to on when it came because I just KNEW it would fit since I sized up. It did zip that time, but was extremely tight so I actually had to break apart some of the stitching around the waist so I could get in it & wear it comfortably. I will be wearing this for my bridal shower this weekend & although I feel a little uncomfortable & like the dress looks unflattering on my backside, I am excited to wear it because it’s so beautiful. Very good quality & although it’s sheer, you are covered where it matters. I would recommend this dress to anyone… I’d just recommend you plan for it to be TIGHT w/ ZERO stretch.This is a very pretty dress and I get a lot of compliments when I wear it, HOWEVER, the dress material is very cheap feeling and see through almost like a sheer curtain, and the liner underneath makes noise when you walk in it, like you've got a garbage bag wrapped around you. The liner looks like satin but is more like a cheap crinkled white plastic bag instead. It's so loud when you walk that my husband asked about the noise and said that it sounds so cheap and wasn't too keen on me wearing it, so instead of returning, I'll be going to get some fabric and relining it with something better so that I can wear it again, as you can't just cut the liner out because of how sheer the dress is otherwise. I've worn it 3x's, and every time I wear it, all I think about is all the noise the dress makes when walking and what others might be thinking as I'm walking up to them or towards them when it's not in a loud environment. It's quite embarrassing to say the least but I was outside the return window.
